Terms of Reference
Responsibilities of Members
The Web Advisory Committee will be chaired by the Associate Dean IT&MM.
Members will be expected to:
- participate regularly in meetings and other communication activities
- contribute their local news, information, feedback and ideas to the committee for the benefit of other participants
- play a role in the dissemination of policy, information and ideas concerning the Faculty website to staff.
Expected outcomes of these initiatives
- efficient management of online content, publishing and maintenance
- improved communication between stakeholders in the Faculty's online presence
- establishment and communication of benchmarks and standards for the Faculty websites
- communication of information, priorities and issues relating to the web
- contribution of stakeholders to the planning, development and management of the Faculty's websites
- efficient use of skills and resources
- improved ability to manage online presence and to use the online to pursue Faculty's strategic goals.
