Faculty of Arts Arts IT

Subjuicer - Undergraduate Handbook editor

Introduction

This system is designed to assist the Faculty in the preparation and submission of subject and course changes, and to assist with the production of the Arts section of the University Handbook.

How the system works

Each school has networked access to its current subject offerings and 'read' access to other Schools' entries. The nominated person (or persons) in each school will be able to call up current subjects to make changes, request that subjects be deleted or suspended, or propose new subjects by the use of this system. At a specified time, the Head of School can 'authorise' all changes and proposals by entering his/her password. It is not necessary to produce a printed copy of changes to forward to the Faculty Secretariat for approval.

Important information

As this system deals with draft changes for the next academic year, you cannot proceed past this point without a password. Those with access must note that it is your responsibility to ensure that only those with the proper authority have access beyond this point.

Regular information is sent and exchanged via the mailing list subjuicer@artsit.unimelb.edu.au. Follow this link to Subscribe to the Subjuicer mailing list.

All data (and 'forms') within this database can be printed for your use within your school.

Contacts & support

If you have any suggestions for improvements or requests for additional information to be included in the System, or have forgotten your password, please contact either Craig Bird (cbird@unimelb.edu.au) or ArtsIT (hotline@artsit.unimelb.edu.au).
