ArtsIT Systems
ArtsIT is charged with providing systems development and services as part of the Secretariat including faculty-wide student systems, information management and publications.
Some of these systems are available across the Faculty whereas others are restricted to use within the Secretariat.
Faculty wide systems in current use include:
- SubJuicer - Undergraduate handbook editor (Web based)
- MOJO - resource calendar system
- LISTSERV - Mailing Lists Server
- Arts Wiki - Wiki sites
Secretariat Only Systems
- Argos - An Arts Research database system, using 4D, to manage grants, track theses, monitor PG progress.
- Task Pro
Schools investigating IT systems to assist them in their work are invited to speak to ArtsIT regarding the design and development of such systems. Systems having potential use across the Faculty may be taken up as a Faculty Systems project at no charge to the originating school.
