How to get help for IT problems
The first point of call for assistance with IT problems should be the LITE in your school. View the contact details for LITEs working in the Faculty.
If your school doesn't have a LITE, or if they are not working when your problem occurs, you can report your problem to ArtsIT through the Web Help Desk. View this page if you have never used the Web Help Desk before.
